Videos of children giving their parents gifts on holidays never get old. And the one that Taco Charlton shared on Sunday was perfect.
Charlton shared a video on his Twitter account of his mom’s reaction to receiving a new car from him on Mother’s Day. The white SUV came complete with a red bow on it, just like you see in commercials.
Happy Mother’s Day to my mom From having a kid at 16 to where we at now it didn’t always look like it was going to be this good but God had a plan for us. pic.twitter.com/B6IH2KmuVP

Charlton’s caption on the tweet was every bit as touching as the video, as it shared their story and why the gift means so much.
“From having a kid at 16 to where we at now it didn’t always look like it was going to be this good but God had a plan for us,” he wrote.
Charlton, 24, became a first-round pick by the Dallas Cowboys in 2017. He had 19 tackles and three sacks as a rookie. Last season he had 27 tackles and a sack in 11 games and missed time due to a shoulder injury. He underwent shoulder surgery in January and is spending his time well as he recovers.
