Tom Brady barely resembles an athlete in his combine footage (Video)

Tom Brady will go down as one of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time, but looking back at his work at the 2000 NFL scouting combine, you never would’ve guessed you were looking at a future four-time Super Bowl champion. Heck, it’s doubtful current wife Gisele would have even given him a second look.

Video from Brady’s combine workout in 2000 recently aired on TV, giving fans a look at the eventual MVP back when he was viewed as a late-round draft pick. The plodding Brady looks to have as much athletic ability as your average UPS worker. If not for an admirable run at Michigan, Brady might have needed his old resume to find a job after graduation.

Luckily for Brady — and the Patriots — Bill Belichick saw something that warranted a sixth-round draft selection, and the rest is history. Unfortunately for the division rival Jets, Bill Parcells didn’t see anything special in Brady despite the strong urging from one of his scouts. Then again, if the Jets had drafted Brady, he probably would’ve been out of the league years ago.
