Tom Brady’s neutral stance on Super Bowl LX does not seem to have lasted very long.
Brady took to Instagram to share a photo of himself with New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, encouraging Kraft to pick up his seventh Super Bowl ring.
“You know I got your back RKK,” Brady wrote. “Get that 7th ring so we can match.”

Brady’s post comes a few days after he publicly proclaimed he had no rooting interest in the game, even though his former team will be in it. That stance irked some current Patriots players.
That may still be true, and Brady may simply be pulling for Kraft more than he is the team itself. The two have always been very close, even after Brady left the Patriots. Brady may have also felt the need to stick up for Kraft after the owner was snubbed in Pro Football Hall of Fame voting.
Brady, of course, won his seventh ring with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Kraft is still chasing his, and Brady will be thrilled for him if he gets it on Sunday.
