Denver Broncos coach Vance Joseph is clearly on the hot seat, but he’s brushing aside the chatter surrounding his position.
On Monday, hours after a report came out indicating that John Elway had spoken with Mike Shanahan about Joseph’s job last season, the current head coach shrugged off the talk, adding that he had spoken with Elway on Monday.

Joseph has had to become rather adept at handling speculation about his future after just two years on the job, which is never a good sign. He’s saying all the right things, but he has to know that he’s not in an enviable position right now, especially after consecutive avoidable losses to the 49ers and Browns knocked his team out of playoff contention.
