Tiger Woods, Jason Dufner play practice round together

Tiger Woods and Jason Dufner played a practice round together on Sunday at the site of the 2015 Open Championship.

I wonder what they talked about.

Woods was recently accused of having an affair with Dufner’s ex-wife, Amanda Boyd. Dufner and Boyd recently filed for divorce, and Tiger and his longtime girlfriend Lindsey Vonn called things off at around the same time. A separate report indicated that Woods and Vonn split because Tiger confessed to cheating on her.

As golf reporter Stephanie Wei notes, the practice round probably says a lot about the love triangle rumors. Would Woods and Dufner agree to stroll the fairways together at The Old Course if Tiger is the reason Dufner’s marriage failed? I highly doubt it.

Shortly after the rumors surfaced, Tiger’s agent emphatically shot them down. That’s exactly what you’d expect, but we should note that there have been no follow-up reports confirming the story that the National Enquirer “broke.” Perhaps Boyd and her golf bikini aren’t quite as heartless as they’ve been made out to be.
