Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches lets home get into foreclosure

Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches has not been doing well since she split from the Miami Heat star several years ago. There has been plenty of evidence of that over the years, like, for example, the fact that she has reportedly allowed her home to get into foreclosure.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Wade has stopped making payments on the $225,000 he owes on his 7,800-square foot home in South Holland, Illinois. Wade and Funches lived there together with their two children before Funches filed for divorce in 2007. However, Wade’s people say he doesn’t owe anything — Funches does.

D-Wade’s attorney told TMZ that Wade and Funches finally reached a settlement last year after years of battling in court. In addition to a large sum of money, Funches got the Chicago suburb home and assumed the mortgage payments. Wade’s attorney said Funches simply stopped making the payments but they are not Wade’s responsibility.

Some of the divorce proceedings between Wade and Funches are still ongoing. Siohvaughn recently asked a judge to step down from their case because she believes he is too star-struck by Wade. This is the same woman who sued the police department and once pretended to be homeless on the streets of Chicago to make Wade look bad. She is, by all indications, a mess.
