Soccer fans have been known to do some dumb crap when they’re angry. Whether it be punching a player in the face, trying to run a ref over with a motorized scooter, or lighting a section of a stadium on fire, they aren’t exactly the most reasonable bunch of people at all hours of the day. Come to think of it, soccer fans do some pretty idiotic things when they’re happy too. At least this particular fan was only hurting himself when he became upset with the way his team was playing. There has to be a better way of kicking a seat than that. Trust me, I’ve kicked a few seats at Gillette Stadium and Fenway Park in my day. There’s a balanced and professional way to go about it. He was probably drinking, you say? No excuse. If you’re going to fall three rows trying to express your frustration, you’re probably safer watching from the couch at home.
