NFL picks Week 17 against the spread – Doc’s picks

A long, miserable season of picks is finally coming to an end for Doc and Del. This is collectively the worst effort the two have ever put forth, and we are looking forward to finishing strong and then wiping the slate clean for the new year.

Below are Doc’s picks for Week 17 of the NFL season along with his top three selections. The picks have been so bad this season, we’ll spare you the terrible analysis.

NFL picks Week 17 against the spread – Del’s picks

This is it, folks — the final week of what has been an abysmal season of picks against the spread. After going 8-7 against the spread in Week 17 (including 1-2 in the top three picks of the week), Del has officially eliminated himself from having a shot at picking above the 50-percent mark on the season. All we’re looking to do is salvage a little dignity in the final week of the season. Here are Del’s Week 17 Picks. Check back later in the week for Doc Brown’s picks.

NFL picks Week 16 against the spread – Doc’s picks

There were some technical difficulties that prevented the Doc from posting his picks before the first round of games in Week 16, but we didn’t want to think we’re trying to cheat you by not posting them. Below you can see who Doc picked for Week 16 of the NFL season. He’s fighting hard to get back to .500. It’s been a struggle.

Del somehow managed to pick at above the .500 mark against the spread last week, but 8-7 isn’t going to cut it. We’ve dug ourselves too deep of a hole, so we’re pretty much picking for pride over these last two weeks. Del did manage to follow a 3-0 week of locks with a 2-1 week in the top three, so at least we’re salvaging some respect there.

The goal over these last two weeks will be to end on a good note after an abysmal season. Here are Del’s Week 16 NFL Picks, with analysis of the top three after the chart. Check back later in the week for Doc Brown’s picks.

NFL picks Week 15 against the spread – Doc’s picks

Doc came roaring back on his NFL picks in Week 14 by going 11-5 against the spread and 14-2 straight up. Then again, most pickers had a strong week, which means the public was right for a change. So if the public was right about games one week, then that must mean they’ll be wrong the next. Isn’t that how it works in the NFL?

Well the Doc certainly believes that, so he has gone against the public for most of his picks in Week 15. You can see them below along with analysis of the top three selections.

NFL picks Week 15 against the spread – Del’s picks

Del continued his trend of sub-par picking against the spread with a 7-9 week last week, but you’re never going to believe something else that happened. Del went a perfect 3-0 in the top three picks of the week. That’s right — undefeated.

While we realize it is going to be nearly impossible to get above the 50-percent mark against the spread with just three weeks remaining, we can still try to bring you some respectable selections. Hopefully, that will be true with the locks of the week. Here are Del’s Week 15 NFL Picks, with analysis of the top three after the chart. Check back later in the week for Doc Brown’s picks.
