San Diego State forward Dwayne Polee was taken to the hospital after collapsing on the court during the first half of Monday night’s game against UC Riverside.
Polee drove to the basket and missed a layup on the offensive end of the court. He went back to play defense, but as he was moving into position, he stumbled and collapsed.
Polee was said to be responsive and completely conscious. He was giving teammates fist-bumps from the stretcher.


Poly missed both of his field goals and free throw attempts in the game. The senior is averaging 9.2 points and three rebounds per game on the season.
