AJ McCarron cries on sidelines after comeback win vs. LSU

Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron was so overcome by emotion after leading the Crimson Tide to a go-ahead score against LSU on Saturday night that he began crying on the sidelines.

McCarron and Bama’s offense were quiet in the second half of the game in Baton Rouge and it looked like they were going to lose. After LSU missed a field goal, Bama got the ball at their 28 with 1:34 left and went 72 yards over five plays in just 43 seconds to take the lead. After being able to do much in the second half, McCarron led his team down the field for the win. He capped the drive with a 28-yard touchdown pass to T.J. Yeldon.

The junior quarterback went 14/27 for 165 yards and the winning touchdown in Bama’s 21-17 win over LSU. He also had a rushing touchdown.

Bama fans no doubt like this image a lot more than last year’s Roll Tide crying image.
