Johnny Manziel tweets he ‘can’t wait to leave College Station’

Johnny ManzielJohnny Manziel has gotten himself into trouble through his use of social media many times in the past, but nothing may have been worse than what happened on Saturday night.

The Heisman Trophy winner tweeted that “bulls— like tonight is a reason why I can’t wait to leave College Station…whenever it may be.”

Johnny Manziel tweet

The tweet was up briefly before Manziel removed it.

In response to his controversial tweet, Manziel tweeted another note:

Don't ever forget that I love A&M with all of my heart, but please please walk a day in my shoes

— Johnny Manziel (@JManziel2) June 16, 2013

He also told another Twitter user who was questioning him that he was not drunk when he tweeted.

Manziel has tweeted and deleted late at night in the past. The last time was when he broke his self-imposed Twitter ban by quoting Drake lyrics. It was long after that Manziel made his official return to Twitter.

Who knows what happened Saturday night that prompted the tweet. But between this tweet, Manziel living the celebrity lifestyle, and choosing to take classes online to avoid crowds, it seems pretty obvious that the redshirt sophomore is going to enter the NFL Draft after next season. Oh yeah, and if this deleted tweet is any indication, the celebrity lifestyle Manziel is living probably isn’t as fun as it seems.
