Aaron Rodgers reveals reason for entering mysterious tent
One of the biggest questions to emerge from “Monday Night Football” was not about the playoff chances of the Green Bay Packers or Philadelphia Eagles. Instead, it was about a mysterious sideline tent Aaron Rodgers used during the game.
Rodgers entered a tent for a few minutes during the second half, sparking tons of questions from viewers about what was going on in the closed-off area. The mystery behind the tent was magnified when ESPN did a report focusing on it.
After his Packers beat the Eagles 27-13, Rodgers revealed that he used the tent to get his hamstring taped:
#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers said he had to "drop my drawers" to get taped up, didn't want to do that on national TV. Hence, the sideline tent.

Well, that certainly was thoughtful of Rodgers.
The Packers QB said he tweaked his hamstring on the team’s first drive of the second half but that the injury wouldn’t bother him going forward.
Rodgers: I hurt my hamstring on the first drive in the second half when I was extending the play…I'll be good to go. #GBvsPHI

For all the talk about the former MVP quarterback losing it and having a bad season, Rodgers has certainly responded. He was 30 of 39 for 313 yards and two touchdowns. It was his second straight 300-plus yard game with multiple touchdowns and no interceptions. The difference this time is that Green Bay’s defense finally did its part and broke a streak where they’d allowed over 38 points per game in a 4-game stretch.
And as far as the tent goes, we’re just happy Rodgers sought privacy so we didn’t have another one of these kinds of moments.
