Cam Newton still not practicing for Panthers
The status of Cam Newton is still up in the air, with the Panthers quarterback still not practicing due to a concussion.
It is the second day in a row that Newton has not practiced after suffering the head injury Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.

Newton was in the concussion protocol immediately following Sunday’s game and we haven’t heard much else about him – or from him – since then. Coach Ron Rivera has been silent on the matter as well. With each passing day, it seems more and more unlikely that he’ll be able to suit up on Monday night, but only time will tell.
