Max played college ball at Duke and initially signed with the Oakland Raiders last year before being released. The wide receiver was with the Green Bay Packers in training camp and caught a team-best 8 passes for 85 yards before being cut. Rather than return to Green Bay’s practice squad, McCaffrey decided to sign with the Saints.
