Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie will work out for Seahawks, Raiders
Veteran cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, who was a salary cap casualty of the New York Giants earlier in the offseason, was slated to work out for the Seattle Seahawks last week but he never arrived.
Josina Anderson of ESPN reported that Rodgers-Cromartie missed the initial workout because of a family matter, but apparently that didn’t sway Seattle. The Seahawks remain interested in the veteran and plan to have him in for a workout over the next few days.
In addition to the Seahawks, the Oakland Raiders have also expressed an interest in Rodgers-Cromartie and intend to host him for a workout as well.
Free agent CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is working out in the next few days for the #Seahawks, source said, then he’ll do the same for the #Raiders. The Seattle workout for the former Giant was originally slated for last week but was rescheduled. (Fixed from previous tweet.)

Along with the Seahawks and Raiders, the Los Angeles Chargers have also been keeping a close eye on Rodgers-Cromartie, but the two sides have yet to schedule a visit.
In 153 career regular season games, Rodgers-Cromartie has recorded 439 tackles, 14 stuffs, 2.5 sacks, six forced fumbles, 145 passes defensed, 30 interceptions and six touchdowns.
