Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk reported Saturday that Elliott will be allowed to play until the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rules on Elliott’s petition for a rehearing of his case.
Per source Judge Mazzant has informed NFL, NFLPA that he will not lift injunction until 5th Circuit rules on Elliott petition for rehearing.

The Fifth Circuit had ruled against Elliott, but his legal team is seeking a full rehearing. He may not succeed, but at least until that petition is considered, he’ll be good to play.
