Vikings to re-sign Brad Sorensen after Bridgewater injury
The Minnesota Vikings waived quarterback Brad Sorensen earlier on Tuesday, but they are working quickly to bring him back onto the team in light of Teddy Bridgewater’s torn ACL.
NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport says the Vikings are bringing Sorensen back and will re-sign him.
Free agent QB Brad Sorensen, recently waives by the #Vikings, is flying back in tomorrow to re-sign, source said.

The Pioneer Press’ Chris Tomasson had also reported that Sorensen had interest in returning to the Vikings and also was receiving interest from the Chargers.

Sorensen was a 7th-round pick by the Chargers in 2013 out of Southern Utah. He will join Shaun Hill and Joel Stave on the Vikings’ depth chart.
