Are Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada getting back together? Let the rumors begin now that the two were together for a dinner party on Sunday night.

Johnson held one of his semi-regular dinners and offered a free meal to the first 100 Twitter followers who showed up to a Miami restaurant. Those who took him up on the offer were treated with a surprise.

Johnson and his ex-wife, Lozada, stepped out in public together holding hands, and they took pictures with the fans who showed up. Jocks and Stiletto Jill says the appearance comes as no surprise since the two have been rumored to be living together again.

Johnson and Lozada got engaged in November, 2010 after dating for four months. They had a highly-publicized wedding on July 4 this year, but Lozada filed for divorce a month later following an alleged domestic violence incident between them. Johnson was initially reluctant to sign divorce papers and vowed to get Lozada back. It looks like his persistence may have paid off.

Here they are together holding hands:

I really have no idea what’s going on with Chad Johnson right now, but all indications are that he’s not ready to give up on his marriage to Evelyn Lozada.

Lozada filed for divorce three days after Chad was arrested for allegedly head-butting her in the forehead, but according to a report from TMZ, Johnson is unwilling to grant it to her.

TMZ says Johnson won’t sign divorce papers or work on a divorce settlement because he doesn’t want one. But that may not matter.

According to Florida law, a judge may be able to grant a divorce regardless of Chad’s wishes.

Chad has been talking on Twitter like their marriage isn’t over, and he even supposedly got a tattoo of Lozada on his leg after their violence incident to show his commitment to her.

If Chad were so committed and dedicated to Lozada, then why was he supposedly cheating on her with multiple women? Much like his playing career, Johnson fails to recognize when something in his life is over.

Whether all the rumors that are piling up are true or not, Chad Johnson’s reputation is getting worse by the day. Johnson was previously seen as an eccentric guy who likes to have fun and may piss off the NFL commissioner every now and then, but he had never been in any significant trouble. That was before he was arrested for domestic violence, cut from the Dolphins, stripped of his VH1 show and accused of cheating on his estranged wife multiple times.

Now, a recent report form RadarOnline.com claims that Johnson was not only cheating on Evelyn Lozada while they were engaged, he was also paying the rent of his aspiring model and stripper girlfriend Amber Priddy.

If you had the marriage between Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada lasting fewer days than the Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries union, congratulations and come forward to collect your prize.

Lozada reportedly has filed for divorce from Chad Johnson, according to TMZ. Her motion to dissolve the marriage comes three days after she was involved in an alleged domestic violence incident with her husband. Lozada alleges she received a cut on her forehead after being headbutt by her husband. The argument precipitating the alleged headbutt began after Lozada allegedly found a receipt for a box of condoms.

It looks like the cheating suspicion coupled with the physical contact were enough for Lozada to want out.

The two were married on July 4 and have dated since late 2010. And now we have another reality TV marriage gone bad. Who didn’t see this one coming?

Chad Johnson’s arrest for alleged domestic violence on wife Evelyn Lozada has cost him a second job.

Not only was Johnson cut by the Miami Dolphins, but VH1 has cancelled the reality show that was set to feature him and his wife.

The show, called “Ev and Ocho,” was scheduled to debut on September 3. It was going to focus on the relationship between the two, and it was going to air footage from their July 4 wedding. But VH1 is pulling the plug in light of the arrest.

“Due to the unfortunate events over the weekend and the seriousness of the allegations, VH1 is pulling the series ‘Ev and Ocho’ from its schedule and has no current plans of airing it,” VH1 told TMZ.

Johnson will create plenty of opportunities for himself because of his creativity and incredible marketing abilities, but his football career is in jeopardy. I’m guessing the two will still have futures in reality TV, just not on a show that revolves around a supposed loving relationship between them.

When Evelyn Lozada agreed to marry Chad Ochocinco, we thought it was safe to assume she never had any intention of becoming Evelyn Ochocinco. As it turns out, that is kind of not true. Last week, Chad legally changed his last name back to Johnson. According to TMZ.com, Evelyn technically took the last name Ochocinco after the wedding in early July. Like Chad, she planned on changing her last name to Johnson. It just hasn’t happened yet.

Lozada — excuse me, Ochocinco — has reportedly yet to receive her official marriage paperwork. Until she does, she cannot change her last name to Johnson. Therefore she and Chad have different last names for the time being, and unfortunately hers is the idiotic one.

But that’s not all. TMZ also reported that Chad is not completely done with the name Ochocinco. He still wants it to be a part of his name, so he is planning on adding it back to his last name before the Johnson when the season comes to a close. I don’t know exactly how this is going to work from a legal standpoint, but I guess that means his wife will then be Evelyn Lozado Ochocinco Johnson.

We know Chad has more than a few screws loose, but at this point I’m starting to think Evelyn isn’t that far behind. She accepted a marriage proposal that Chad delivered while playing a video game and allowed him to live tweet during their wedding. Now, she is willing to let “Ochocinco” be a part of her life forever.

Chad Ochocinco is one of the most followed athletes on Twitter and has sent over 37,000 tweets. Despite how active he is on the social media network, one would figure he’d put aside his tweeting device on a day as sacred as his wedding. But that wasn’t the case for the Dolphins receiver who live-tweeted his wedding on Wednesday.

Ochocinco, whose marriage to Evelyn Lozada will be televised for a reality show, mostly talked about how nervous he was:

As soon as the ceremony was over, the receiver began talking football and he even responded to some Twitter followers:
