Bryce Harper tied for the National League lead in home runs last season with 42 and he’s hitting them with regularity early this season as well. Harper came into Sunday second in the NL with five home runs, two behind Trevor Story of the Rockies.
In the top of the tenth inning, with the Nationals and Phillies tied 1-1, Harper hit his sixth long ball of 2016. When the ball came down and to a stop, it did so in the bullpen bathroom.
In addition to the unintended accuracy of Harper’s shot to right-center field, it was his fourth straight game with a home run and sixth consecutive game with a home run in Philadelphia’s Citizens Bank Park.

It’s pretty impressive when you can argue a home run ending up in a bathroom is the least impressive thing about the home run. Bryce Harper never ceases to amaze.
