Cardinals reportedly have interest in Justin Turner
The St. Louis Cardinals seem to think that Red will look good in red.
According to Jon Morosi of FOX Sports on Tuesday, the Cardinals have interest in LA Dodgers free agent third baseman Justin Turner but would probably have to deal infielder Jhonny Peralta to make a match realistic.

Turner, 32, was the owner of a .275/.339/.493 slash line in 2016 with 27 home runs and 90 RBIs. He likely won’t come cheap, but the Cardinals could use him after not getting much production at third base out of Peralta last season and with Matt Carpenter set to move to first base full-time in 2017.
St. Louis does have some other free agent fish to fry, but a Turner migration to Missouri is very much in play considering how they love veterans with pop.
