Francisco Lindor’s secret is out.
Not only did the 22-year-old Cleveland Indians shortstop reveal he listens to Miley Cyrus, but he also revealed his crush on the singer/actress.
Lindor was a guest on MLB Network’s “Intentional Talk” Monday and was asked about a song he listens to that he wouldn’t want anyone to know. The song he said was Cyrus’ hit, “Party in the USA.” The Puerto Rico native also revealed his crush on Cyrus.
“Growing up I had a little crush on her,” said Lindor. “When she was Hannah Montana — before she turned Miley Cyrus — I had a little crush on her.”
“Hannah Montana” was a show on Disney Channel from 2006-2011 about a young girl played by Cyrus, who was a student by day and rock star by the name of “Hannnah Montana” by night.
Though Hannah Montana was a kids show, keep in mind that Lindor would have been around 12 years old when the show debuted, so this isn’t exactly creepy.
After getting such a nice shoutout from Lindor, Cyrus might have to make him a tribute video like this one she did for Michael Jordan.
