Watch: Giancarlo Stanton hits hardest home run of season
Giancarlo Stanton has (once again) hit the hardest home run of the season.
The New York Yankees slugger hit a laser beam out to left field to give his team a 3-0 lead in the top of the 13th inning on Wednesday against the Toronto Blue Jays.

The exit velocity was clocked at 119.3 mph, which seems right based on how hard that ball was hit. He had the previous hardest hit home run of the season at 117.9 mph and topped that. Stanton has hit three of the five hardest home runs of the season.

That was Giancarlo’s 14th homer of the season. It followed a 2-run homer by Aaron Judge, which broke a scoreless game. The Yankees won 3-0. It’s nice having a couple of boppers like that.
