The Washington Nationals drew a crowd at Nationals Park on Tuesday, and they did so without even playing a game.
The Nats invited out media reporters and held tryouts for this season’s bullpen cart driver. They had 21 finalists drive a cart around a course they set up that was in the shape of a curly W — the team’s logo.
It’s not a speed test, but drivers who want to be the Nats bullpen cart driver are being timed. Assume they’d lose points if they hit Teddy. pic.twitter.com/RtLdIOxKmB

According to The Washington Post, the Nats received 432 applications after posting an ad about the position. Requirements include a having 10 years of driving experience, a valid driver’s license, and a promise to attend all 81 home games.
Seems like a dream gig, right?
