Sonny Gray leaves with injury after four shutout innings
Sonny Gray was having his best start of the season with the Cincinnati Reds on Thursday, but the right-hander was forced to leave the game with an injury.
Gray allowed just two hits over four innings against the Miami Marlins, but he took a comeback line drive off the calf in the second. He remained in the game for a while after that before being pulled.
After 4 scoreless innings, Gray is out of the game. No word if the comebacker to his leg is the reason but I can't imagine any other right now. Stephenson takes over for the 5th with a 1-0 lead.

Gray struck out six batters prior to exiting, so he seemed to really be cruising along. After a rough season with the New York Yankees last year, he has been solid over his last two outings with Cincinnati. Hopefully the injury is nothing significant.
