Boban Marjanovic has bone bruise and knee sprain, will be out at least a week
Boban Marjanovic is expected to miss at least a week of action after receiving a diagnosis on his knee injury.
Marjanovic injured his knee during the fourth quarter of the Philadelphia 76ers’ win on Monday night. He underwent a CT scan and MRI on Tuesday, which revealed he has a bone bruise and sprain.
The Sixers said in a release that Marjanovic will be re-evaluated in 5-7 days.
Boban is averaging 9.0 points and 6.3 rebounds in 17 minutes per game since joining Philly in a trade. With him and Joel Embiid out, Mike Scott stands to see a boost in minutes.
