Bucks fan favorite reveals his house in Milwaukee was burglarized
One unlikely Milwaukee Bucks player was the victim of a burglary this week.
In a post to his X page on Sunday, Bucks forward Bobby Portis revealed that his house was burglarized. The incident apparently took place on Saturday night (when the Bucks were playing at home vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers).
“I consider Milwaukee my home,” wrote Portis. “Last night, while I was at work, my home was burglarized, and many of my prized possessions were stolen. If you have any tips or info, please send them to info@bobbyportis.com. Rewards for info leading to recovery or arrests!”
Portis also shared video footage of the alleged perpetrators. Take a look.

The 29-year-old Portis is a major fan favorite in Milwaukee who is in his fifth season with the team and rose to local icon status with his memorable contributions to the team’s 2021 NBA championship ring. That is why it is so surprising that Portis would be the victim of a burglary in Milwaukee.
Unfortunately though, professional athletes having their homes targeted while they are away at games is nothing new. Just last year, a couple of beloved West Coast champions got their homes burglarized in similar incidents as well.
