Chris Webber had very little hope for the Atlanta Hawks against the Miami Heat on Tuesday night, and for good reason. The Hawks are an average team at best and the Heat hardly ever lose at home. Plus, there’s the whole LeBron James thing.
While working as an analyst on NBA TV, Webber revealed his keys to the game for Miami. As you can see from the photo above that Beyond the Buzzer passed along, Webber felt that the Heat were a lock to win as long as LeBron simply found his way to the arena. It was obviously a joke, but it turned out to be fairly accurate.
LeBron went just 6-for-13 from the field and scored 13 points — his lowest total of the season. His stats were not all that impressive and the Heat still cruised to a 104-88 victory.
