Clippers trade Blake Griffin to Pistons
The Los Angeles Clippers are sending Blake Griffin to the Detroit Pistons.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Monday that the two teams have finalized a trade, with Avery Bradley being one of the players who will be sent to L.A. The Clippers are also getting a first-round pick and a second-round pick.

There was speculation that the Pistons could include Andre Drummond in the deal, but it does not appear the big man is going anywhere.
Griffin signed a five-year max contract with the Clippers this past offseason, and they obviously feel that they need to start rebuilding. They’re 25-24 and currently the No. 9 seed in the West, while the Pistons are 22-26 and in the same spot in the East.
