Grizzlies rookie tries his hand at recruiting LeBron James
Dillon Brooks is shooting his shot, no matter how long of a one it may seem.
The Memphis Grizzlies rookie forward took to Twitter on Sunday to try his hand at recruiting LeBron James to the team.

While it is certainly a valiant effort, Brooks has one heck of a sell job to do here as the Grizzlies finished this past season with the second-worst record in the league at 22-60. They may also have the worst long-term outlook of any NBA team with their aging core and their bloated salary sheet featuring over $195 million still owed to the Mike Conley-Chandler Parsons-Marc Gasol trio.
He may not have too much to pitch James on, but Brooks can add his name to the growing list of players wooing The King on Twitter since the Finals ended.
