Joel Embiid was called for a technical foul after shoving Aron Baynes during the third quarter of Game 5 between the Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics on Wednesday night.
Baynes went to work on Embiid and drove to the basket, where Embiid fouled him on the shot. Embiid then shoved Baynes, who embellished the contact.

The 76ers big man was called for a technical foul on top of the shooting foul for his shove of Baynes.
Boston’s Al Horford made the technical free throw, while Baynes made both of his free throws for the foul on the shot. That helped pushed Boston’s lead to 12 at 75-63.
