Former UCLA guard Jordan Farmar isn’t ready to let the dream die just yet.
Speaking with international basketball reporter David Pick on Sunday, Farmar revealed that he wants back into the Association saying, “I won’t turn down a 10-day offer.”

Farmar, still just 29 years old, had been playing for Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel, but was recently released by the team.
Maccabi have released Jordan Farmar – its highest paid player. Ever. Official.

He last played in the NBA during the 2014-15 season, playing in 36 games for the Los Angeles Clippers. There, Farmar averaged just 4.6 points per game, 1.2 rebounds per game, and 1.9 assists per game. He also appeared to cause friction in the locker room with his frustrations about his undefined role and lack of minutes before being waived unceremoniously in January. Farmar’s last NBA seasons were plagued by lingering hamstring injuries as well, dating back to his second stint with the Lakers in 2013-14.
Nevertheless, ’tis the season for ten-day contracts as once January and February roll around, NBA teams often find themselves taking fliers on free agents who might make any sort of contribution. With some teams having a dire need at the point guard position (Brooklyn and Utah are a couple that come to mind), it’s entirely possibly that someone kicks the tires on a Farmar comeback.
After all, that’s two-time NBA champion Jordan Farmar to us.
