Kyrie Irving was seen clutching his chest after the Cleveland Cavaliers lost to the Toronto Raptors 99-84 in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Saturday, leading to concern over his health.
Here is the video that was shown by ESPN after the game ended. Take note of the way Irving holds his chest:

Many were wondering what led to Irving apparently hurting his chest. He and Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue both said after the game that Irving just had the wind knocked out of him.
Excuse me for thinking that Irving and Lue are underselling the injury. If it was so bad that Irving was holding it in that manner after the game, it probably was worse than just simply having the wind knocked out of him. This is something the Cavs will have to keep their eye on leading up to Game 4.
