Lil B takes credit for curse placed on Kevin Durant
The Oklahoma City Thunder blew a 3-1 series lead against the Golden State Warriors and are now heading home, once again falling short in the postseason. Guess who’s taking credit for the meltdown?
Bay area rapper Lil B, of course.
Lil B, who refers to himself as “The Based God” and believes he holds supernatural power over all things NBA, placed his infamous “Based God Curse” on Kevin Durant years ago after Durant insulted him.
KEVIN DURANT WILL NEVER WIN THE TITLE AFTER HE SAID "LIL B" IS A WACK RAPPER,
"THE BASEDGODS CURSE"#THEBASEDGODSCURSE ON DURANT – Lil B

When the Warriors found themselves in a 3-1 hole against Oklahoma City, Lil B said they would come back to win the series. He was right:
And they said the curse was not real " The BasedGod" has never lied to me and like he told us.. The Warriors are going to the finals – Lil B

Respect to everyone who believed in " The BasedGod " he said the Warriors would win the series, down 3-1 " The BasedGod" does not lie – Lil B

Lil B also recently took credit for the Warriors’ record-breaking season and James Harden turning the ball over so much. It should be noted that he claimed after last season that he had lifted the curse on Harden, so there’s some inconsistency there.
Now the question becomes if Lil B will try to curse these two players again for the NBA Finals. We know he’ll be pulling for the Warriors.
