Shaun Livingston has funny quote about wanting to avoid Nuggets in playoffs
Shaun Livingston is keeping it real about the challenges of playing in Denver.
Speaking with the media on Saturday, the Golden State Warriors guard dropped this funny line about why he would prefer to face the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round of the playoffs instead of the Denver Nuggets, per Carl Steward of the Bay Area News Group.
Shaun Livingston, on why he hopes Portland is first playoff foe and not Denver: "Nobody wants to play in the mountains."

Of course, the altitude in the Mile High City has indeed posed a problem for many a professional athlete over the years. The Dubs have already clinched the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference, but every team has to play at least two away games in every single playoff series. Still, with the Blazers one game ahead of the Nuggets for the eighth seed with three games left to play (and also in possession of the tiebreaker), Livingston may ultimately get his wish.
