San Antonio Spurs superstar Victor Wembanyama isn’t taking the loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder very well.
On Tuesday, the Thunder defeated the Spurs 119-98 at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Okla., giving OKC its first win over San Antonio this season.
At Thursday’s practice, Wembanyama showed up with a new look: A shaved head.

After practice ended, teammate Keldon Johnson, who also shaved his head, revealed how they ended up changing their hairstyle following the loss.
Johnson mentioned that Wembanyama told him, “let’s bald our heads” before the teammates took turns shaving each other, and Johnson added he had planned on shaving his head recently, via Spurs TV voice Jacob Tobey.
Johnson added that Wembanyama “took three minutes” to shave his head and said he was “quick with it” while also mentioning he took more time to cut Wembanyama’s hair.
This isn’t the first time Wembanyama has rocked the shaved head look. This past offseason, the Spurs star was seen at a Shaolin temple in Zhengzhou, China, and he also had a shaved head then, which caused quite a stir.
Now, Victor Wembanyama has gone bald again, this time with his teammate, and they will debut their new looks on Thursday against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.
