Tristan Thompson gets jokes for terrible new shooting form
Tristan Thompson is going with a new shooting form that would even make Markelle Fultz wince.
A video went viral this week of the Chicago Bulls big man shooting jumpers that probably qualified as crimes against humanity. Thompson was using both hands to fling the ball over his head like a slingshot. He proceeded to miss seven shots in a row with the new form … despite being less than ten feet away … shooting uncontested shots … in pregame warmups.

Thompson’s house-building efforts led to plenty of jokes on social media.

The 11-year NBA veteran Thompson has never exactly been a marksman. He has made just ten threes in his entire career and only hits free throws at a 60.5 percent clip. Maybe we know now why Thompson never shoots the ball. That atrocity of a jumper is almost as bad as the one of this former Bulls big man.
