Video of Michael Porter Jr. getting his car towed goes viral
Michael Porter Jr. cannot catch a break this season, both with his health and now with his car.
Video went viral of the Denver Nuggets forward getting his car towed away this week. The footage was apparently filmed by the tow truck driver.
“Look how goofy [this] dude is trying to tow my car when I’m standing right here,” Porter could be hearing saying in the video.
“You supposed to look out for other brothers,” Porter later added. “You black. You know how it go. You tryna tow a n—- for what?”
“I’m Puerto Rican,” the tow truck driver hilariously replied. He could also be heard telling Porter, “I got a job too, man.”
Here is the video, but beware of the foul language.

It is unclear what exactly Porter was being towed for (though in the video, it looked like he was illegally parked between two spaces). On the bright side for Porter however, he recently signed a five-year max contract extension with the Nuggets worth up to $207 million. That means he will probably be able to afford the impound and towing fees.
The 23-year-old Porter remains out for the Nuggets after undergoing another back surgery in December. He has a knack for going viral on social media for the wrong reasons, as we already saw a couple of years ago too.
