Gervonta Davis does epic backflip celebration after KO of Frank Martin
Gervonta “Tank” Davis may have a future as a WWE high flyer once he finishes his boxing career.
Davis (30-0, 28 KOs) knocked out Frank Martin (18-1, 12 KOs) with a vicious left hook in the second minute of the 8th round of their fight at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
Davis made sure to celebrate in style. The 29-year-old got on top of one of the corners and pulled off an epic backflip to mesmerize the crowd one more time.

Martin took control of the first few rounds by winning exchanges while still managing to evade Davis’ big blows. Davis stayed patient and waited for his opportunity to strike.
“I knew that he was going to tire down,” Davis said during his post-fight interview, via Yahoo Sports. “That’s what I was doing. Stand there, be a target so he could tire himself out, and once he tired himself out, I started picking him apart.”
Davis had not fought in the ring in 14 months. But the undefeated power puncher showed little rust in his resounding victory over the previously undefeated Martin.
