Derrick Coleman ecstatic over Syracuse going to Final Four (Video)
Syracuse made history on Sunday, becoming the first No. 10 seed in NCAA Tournament history to advance to the Final Four. Understandably, Orange fans all over the country are ecstatic. That includes perhaps the greatest men’s basketball player in school history.
Derrick Coleman watched his former school erase a 16-point second half lead and go on a 29-8 run to end the game, knocking off top seeded Virginia 68-62. When the game was over, Coleman enthusiastically showed his approval by yelling “Houston, we have a problem.”

There were more than a few people who felt Syracuse shouldn’t have had the opportunity to make it this far when the brackets came out. The Orange lost five of their final six games of the regular season and went into the NCAA Tournament on a three-game losing streak.
Now, Syracuse has reeled off four straight victories and are just two more from a national championship. Derrick Coleman has every right be reveling in the run Jim Boeheim and his team are on.
