Arizona State coach disappeared during postgame interview on ESPN
The Arizona State Sun Devils stunned the 16th-ranked Utah Utes, 27-19, on Friday night, sending the Mountain America Stadium crowd into an absolute frenzy. But it was head coach Kenny Dillingham who truly stole the show following the victory.
ESPN cameras caught up with Dillingham as thousands of fans stormed the field and what transpired immediately went viral.

“We fought, man, we competed. That’s what football’s about, competing,” Dillingham said.
It was a sweet taste of revenge for Dillingham and ASU, who were dominated by Utah last season, 55-3. That made what happened next even more emotionally-charged.
“It’s crazy. I was one of these guys! I was doing this! I was doing this,” Dillingham, a Valley native, said about the fans before jumping into the crowd and being swallowed up.
The scene was like something out of the zombie apocalypse with a mass of bodies just engulfing the head coach and his security. In the blink of an eye, they were gone and Dillingham undoubtedly enjoyed every single second of it.
Now the bar has been set. Every post-game interview following a huge upset should share the same level of intensity that Dillingham displayed under the flashing lights on Friday night.
