D’Onta Foreman’s father Derrick went on Twitter Sunday night to set the record straight about his son’s status at Texas.
Foreman, a junior stud running back, has rushed for 2,028 yards and 15 touchdowns this season. Given how well he performed plus the coaching change at Texas, there is some speculation that Foreman will leave school for the NFL Draft. But make no mistake about it — no decision has been made yet, and Foreman certainly has not signed with any agents, his father made clear:
I don't know who is responsible for reporting these BS stories on D'onta! He HAS NOT!!! I repeat HAS NOT!!! signed with ANY agency! #StopIt!

Derrick had said recently that Charlie Strong being retained as head coach would have weighed heavily in favor of his son returning to school. With Foreman’s stock so high and a coaching change looming, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the talented back decided to head to the professional ranks.
