Ole Miss has a massive home game coming up against LSU in less than two weeks, and Lane Kiffin’s daughter might have a hard time deciding which team to root for.
Kiffin’s daughter Landry recently shared a video on social media in which she and LSU linebacker Whit Weeks’ younger sister Kate got ready to attend the Tigers’ Week 2 game against Louisiana Tech. Landry revealed that she and Kate had just met the night before but had previously exchanged messages on social media.
Landry said in the video that Kate had sent her a message telling Kiffin she “heard you’re dating my brother.” The two then shared some laughs about how Kate initially did not like Landry and was being “protective” of her older brother. Weeks’ sister also admitted that she was skeptical because Landry is Lane’s daughter.

Weeks is a team leader and one of LSU’s best defensive players. He had 120 total tackles, 3.5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles last year. The junior has worked his way back from a gruesome injury he suffered late last season. Weeks was ejected early on in LSU’s game against Florida on Saturday night, but the Tigers managed to win without him.
Landry attends Ole Miss, where her father of course is the head football coach. She and Lane seem to have a close relationship, as we saw earlier this year when they teamed up on a fan in a great social media exchange.
Ole Miss will host LSU on Sept. 27. The Tigers are currently ranked No. 3 in the nation, while the Rebels are No. 13.
