College football fans will have to pour one out for Mike Gundy’s mullet.
247 Sports’ Allan Bell shared a photo on Twitter Saturday of Gundy. The picture shows the Oklahoma State coach no longer has a big party in the back.

When he spoke as recently as Tuesday, Gundy’s mullet was pretty prominent.

He definitely opted for a trim in the back entering the 2018 season. Whether it’s just a trim for now or whether the mullet is gone for good is not currently known, but you can bet fans would love to see him grow it back.
Oklahoma State opens up the season on Aug. 30 against Missouri State.
