Notre Dame QB Ian Book reportedly ‘fine’ despite academic issue rumor
There were some rumors floating around online Monday suggesting that Notre Dame quarterback Ian Book had an academic issues that arose, but a reporter suggests things are OK.
Irish Illustrated’s Tim Prister was told all is “fine” regarding Book’s participation with the football team.

Moreover, Brian Kelly said on Tuesday that Book is set to start on Saturday against Pitt.

Book, a junior, has taken the Irish’s offense to another level since taking over the starting quarterback job. He’s accounted for 11 touchdowns in three games as the starter, helping the team average 46.3 points per game during that stretch. They were averaging 23.3 points per game with Brandon Wimbush as the starter.
Notre Dame is 6-0 and has a favorable schedule ahead.
