Notre Dame tied its game with Texas on Sunday night in one of the most unconventional ways possible.
The Longhorns scored with 3:29 left in the game to go up 37-35 on the Fighting Irish, but they totally botched the extra point. Notre Dame blocked the extra-point attempt and returned it the distance for two points to tie the game:
That made the score 37-37 instead of 38-35, so it was a huge break for the Fighting Irish. No surprise Texas fans freaked out:
