Police said they believed Nkemdiche intentionally broke out a window at an Atlanta hotel and fell onto a ledge below. The Ole Miss defensive end then allegedly fell from the ledge to the ground. He was fortunate to escape without any serious injuries.
Nkemdiche was charged with marijuana possession after police found several joints in the hotel room. He claims he was the one charged because the room was booked under his name and nobody “wanted to take the fall.” Clay Travis of Outkick the Coverage later reported that the incident was the result of Nkemdiche becoming paranoid after he used synthetic marijuana. Nkemdiche insists that report was inaccurate.
The hotel incident isn’t Nkemdiche’s only red flag heading into the NFL Draft, as this photo will show you.
Nkemdiche’s draft stock has plummeted as a result of his poor choices off the field.
