Ole Miss star Robert Nkemdiche was reportedly charged with possession of marijuana after his frightening fall out a hotel window in Atlanta Saturday night.
Police told the Atlanta Journal Constitution on Monday that “approximately 7 rolled marijuana cigarettes” were found in a hotel room that was booked under Nkemdiche’s name at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta.
Police reportedly believe that Nkemdiche broke out window of his hotel room and walked a short distance before he “climbed over a wall and fell approximately 15 feet.” He was taken to a local hospital but said to be in stable condition.
Nkemdiche is one of the top prospects in the upcoming NFL Draft, and his stock will almost certainly fall in the wake of the hotel incident. We already saw a compromising photo of him go viral last year. This isn’t going to help.
