Sherrone Moore appeared at the Washtenaw County courthouse in Michigan on Thursday to address his arrest for an alleged December 2025 incident. Moore’s wife Kelli was with him at the court, and she did not seem pleased to be photographed.
The Associated Press captured a photo of Kelli, who was at her husband’s side and none too pleased.

Moore was the head football coach at Michigan until being fired on December 10 for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a staff member. After being fired, Moore allegedly went over to the woman’s home and threatened her with a knife. He was charged with home invasion, stalking, and breaking and entering and was released on a $25,000 bond.
The attorney for Moore stated that her client is innocent:
Sherrone Moore’s attorney: “Mr. Moore is innocent of these charges. … we filed a motion to quash the arrest warrant and dismiss the complaint.
