Travis Hunter leaves game with shoulder injury
Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter had to leave Saturday’s game against No. 18 Kansas State due to injury.
Hunter was seen walking off the field to attend to an apparent shoulder injury with about five minutes left in the first half at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colo.
The 21-year-old was accompanied by a Colorado trainer to the stadium’s medical center.

Hunter’s importance to Colorado cannot be overstated. He was on the field for an astonishing 44 of the game’s 45 snaps before heading off the field.
There’s a reason the ESPN broadcast listed him as both the offensive and defensive impact player before the game began.

Losing Hunter for any amount of time would be a massive blow for Colorado.
Hunter is arguably the biggest reason why Colorado entered Saturday’s contest against Kansas State with a 4-1 record. He’s made several game-changing plays throughout the Buffaloes first five games.
