A handful of Virginia Tech players were seen mocking the Tomahawk Chop during the fourth quarter of Monday’s game at Florida State.
Virginia Tech was up 17-3 and had just stuffed Florida State in the red zone, causing a turnover to keep the ‘Noles off the board. Even though the Hokies had the ball, FSU was doing their Tomahawk Chop. Some Virginia Tech players went along with the music and did their own version of the chop:

They had all the reason to mock it. Virginia Tech’s defense was handling FSU with ease and made sure to let the fans know it. They probably learned the move from watching UNC’s kicker.
